Saturday July 19, 2025 The Al Fredregill Memorial Wildlife Tour
Tour Host: Holly and Kevin Szcodronski
We will Depart at10:30 AM from the Ankeny First United Methodist Church, 206 SW Walnut, Ankeny, IA. Our route will be a country drive that will take us through Bondurant, Mitchellville, Colfax, and a drive through the Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge in Prairie City. Our goal is to see free-roaming bison and elk, so bring your cameras. We hope to have a short presentation by refuge staff. Before entering the refuge, we will stop at a nearby Casey's General Store in Prairie City for those needing to use the facilities. After the driving tour, we will return to Prairie City and have ice cream and/or a late lunch at Goldies Diners.
Sunday July 27, 2025 - The Tall Corn Car Club’s Annual Bologna and
Sweet Corn Event, Luther Park Shelter. Meal starts at 12 noon.

August 15-16 2025 Iowa Model A Days in Amana
Event Host: Hawk A Model A Club Feeder Run: Willie Priaulx
Friday is the feeder run from Altoona and the local tour around Amana, followed by a welcome reception. Meet-up at 9:30, Hy-Vee parking lot, 108 8th St, Altoona, IA. Leave at 10:00.

Saturday is the main IMAD event, 100+ Model A’s on display plus a Tech Session and Ladies Tea. $10 registration.
